How to install fallout new vegas redesigned 3

I was confused at first so I attempted to trouble shoot on my end, nothing.

Then I removed NVR2 for NVR3 and did the whole installation thing like I usually do, tons of missing meshes kept appearing on some heads not all. I was updating my mods and deleting the old ones, then I started installing everything was fine.

Ok, so I've just gotten back into Fallout New Vegas.
